-Identify and communicate customer requirements, solve problems, as well as identify and pursue new growth opportunities -Introduce and follow up on new products, provide product samples, managing distributor target account programs where applicable -Establish friendly business and interpersonal relationships developing an in-depth rapport with high-level management at all customers and potential customers by getting to know intimately customers' organization, personnel and products
-Provide holistic approach in helping individuals with health-related issues by providing solutions through supplementation as well and nutritional advices -Assessed nutritional needs, diet restriction, and current health plans to develop and provide nutritional counseling -Promoting products and adding one-more-sales to achieve company's sales target and goals -Completing necessaries duties to run store efficiently on daily basis
-Work closely with R&D team to create new products for the company -Handling food safety documentation and implementation such as HACCP and Halal certification -Managing customer's complaint. Lead traceability investigations on the source of quality lapses and other product issues -Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health section
