As a supply chain leader with 17+ years of experience in progressive roles, I have developed and implemented strategic and tactical solutions that optimize the performance, efficiency, and profitability of supply chain operations. I have a bachelor's degree in integrated supply chain and operational management, and an executive certification from Penn State University in supply chain development. My experience includes organization and executive leadership of supply chain functions and leading teams across multiple sites. Most recently, I was the Vice President of Supply Chain at LLFlex, a global leader in flexible packaging solutions, where I oversaw the planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions for the company. I led the S&OP process, ensuring alignment and collaboration between sales, operations, finance and additional stakeholders. I also initiated and executed multiple process improvement projects, leveraging lean and six sigma methodologies, that resulted in significant cost savings, quality enhancements, improved supplier engagement and performance, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I built and managed a high-performing team of direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. My work was driven by a passion for delivering value to the stakeholders and customers, and a vision for creating a sustainable and competitive supply chain.
