About

I build teams that build great products! I love to create, scale and optimise platforms and systems to meet complex business challenges - whether its finding new and creative technical solutions or just improvising and improving legacy tech stacks to deliver what we need. I'll always be a software engineer at heart and enjoy any opportunity to get stuck in, but I've come to love leading, supporting and mentoring others as they grow their careers and pride myself on being a people first person.
