• Facilitated recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and assessment of the eligibility of potential participants into Speech Study, a program exploring digital biomarkers in tracking the progression of ALS. This research study uses implementation of facial metrics and audio recordings against ALS Functional Rating Scale (ALSFRS-R) and Rasch Overall ALS Disability scale (ROADS) scores to construct a digital biomarker in participants. • Provided technical support to Speech Study participants in the patient portal. Guided creation of patient profile and demonstrated overall functionality of system. • Managed Speech Study dashboard dedicated to the collection, maintenance, and evaluation of participant data. • Implemented Speech Study clinical research SOP for onboarding and recruiting participants. • Administered recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and assessment of the eligibility of potential participants into Edinburgh Cognitive and Behavioral ALS Screen (ECAS), a screening mechanism that assesses an ALS patient’s cognitive ability in comparison with normal aging process. This mechanism examines visuospatial skills, social cognition, memory and other cognitive tests in ALS patients. • Assisted in development of ALS Expert Talk Series SOP. • Directed Q & A portion of webinar as an ALS Expert Talk Series moderator. • Supervised student ambassadors on Speech Study, ECAS, and ALS Expert Talk Series. • Organized and facilitated student ambassador meetings and resolved conflicts among Speech Study participants. • Assisted in coordination of EverythingALS’s involvement in a community event sponsored by Seattle Parks and Recreation.
