Process Control Specialist I&C engineering expertise to ensure the efficient operations of the Instrumentation and Controls: *To ensure plant Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument and all Rotating equipment is maintained as per procedures documented in the Maintenance Management System (SAP); *To ensure downtime of the plant is reduced by careful planning and the implementation of Maintenance Practices of all plant equipment and efficient resolution of equipment defects; *To ensure necessary spares and consumables are available and manage these inventories as it relates to electrical equipment to ensure high availability of I&C Equipment. *obtains a Permit to Work for each job as necessitated by the Power and Water Plant Distribution System HSE Procedures put in place. *Ensures all necessary precautions are taken by himself, the I&C Technicians and Contractors whilst undertaking any jobs. *Ensures that all necessary tools are available to ensure safety whilst working on equipment; *Monitors the I&C Technicians and Contractors to ensure they follow the guidelines of Safe Work *Leads I&C Maintenance Technicians and ensures a high level of efficiency within the Team. *Recommends the appropriate training for I&C Technicians. Maintenance Task Planning and Execution. *Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by the Technicians as per Work Orders generated in SAP. *Generates reports as necessary for the maintenance done, Ensures the reports on maintenance is done and documented in SAP. also Plans for and ensures that maintenance on all I&C equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals for the equipment and Along with the Maintenance Manager, ensures I&C equipment maintenance planning is correctly scheduled so that all equipment is maintained as per OEM recommended intervals. and Reviews I&C Maintenance Procedures and suggests improvements. Equipment Failure *Assumes ownership of plant I&C equipment and strives to maintain them in the best possible condition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for maintaining the water and Wastewater treatment plant systems to ensure the availability of clean water supply and Disposed • Supervise maintenance technicians/contractors on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance • Supervise the collection and analysis of statistical data • Perform responsibilities of inspecting treatment plant systems to ensure effective operations on a daily basis • Handle the tasks of repairing the components of water treatment plants including water storage vessels, pipes, chemical treatment equipment controls and circulation pumps, Piping and Instrumentation Controls. • Conduct inspections of ventilation, heating, air conditioning, Chiller systems and Cooling Towers • Inspect and recommend on the purchase of goods and equipment • Proposed and Implement Process Improvement • Exceptional troubleshooter and problem-solver with solid detail and organizational skills • Member Of EMS 9001,TS 16949, Emergency Rescue Team, Environmental Preparedness Auditor, Safety Officer, • My daily duties included system monitoring, and facility maintenance, (repairs, calibrations, and adjustments) • Install and Design Power, Flow, Pressure, Temperature Monitoring and Controls using Panasonic KW2G, KR20,WDL • Installing and Designing Electrical and Mechanical Machine Power Supply Up to 1000 Amperes. • Water Quality Checking Such us: TDS, COD, SS, PH, Conductivity/Resistivity, T-Hardness, Turbidity, HCO3, SiO3 and etc.
