Worked at Memoirs Catering from January of 2018 all the way through May 2018. I have learned a good bit about Food Preparation, Cooking, and Customer Service during my time at Memoirs. From learning the proper way to chop, dice, and mince, to learning how to pay attention to detail when it comes to plating and serving the food to our customers, and the speed that everything has to be completed in in order to reach our timelines. Being a part of the Air Force, has taught me a plethora of skills and has finely tuned it in a way that ensures the rest of the team and I complete the mission to the best of our abilities. During my time in the Air Force, I have been at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi Mississippi learning about Meterology, from Macroscale, to Synoptic Scale, and Mesoscale, all the way down to Microscale features. While there I have learned how to accurately forecast Weather features and occurrences based on Jet Location, Time of the Year, Current Weather Systems, Terrain, etc. I am also currently working on cross-training into a different Job.
