Work closely with staff to ensure award management and supplier selection/award phases are executed properly.
Directly accountable for Nextant financials and the success of its team of 4 directors. Assign and monitor key metrics for aerospace operations exceeding $45M total program value. Lead our AOP planning process by working with all internal stakeholders to set forecasts and budgets.
Directly responsible for the success of numerous PMA and R&O programs. Responsible for +$10M budgeting and development of numerous high risk class PMA and STC programs. Lead numerous cross-functional Integrated Product Teams via a matrix reporting structure.
Responsible for top-level program management, costing, sourcing, and cross-functional leadership of aerospace products per FAA, ISO, ITAR, EAR, and DOT requirements on numerous fluid technology products
