For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative technology initiatives across three of America’s fastest-growing and beloved food brands, and one of the largest trucking dealerships in the US. My career has been defined by a deep commitment to integrating technology not just as a function, but as a foundational enabler of business growth, cultural evolution, and customer experience. I’ve led the design and execution of strategic digital transformations that fundamentally reshaped operations and delivered measurable, persistent value to both our customers and shareholders. I view technology as a strategic asset—not merely a support tool, but a core part of how a business competes, adapts, and thrives. Whether overseeing enterprise architecture, modernizing legacy systems, or implementing agile delivery models, I’ve always focused on aligning IT investments with business goals. I’ve negotiated complex outsourcing contracts, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and instituted strong IT governance frameworks. I led the integration of cloud-based infrastructure (Azure and AWS), modernized ERP platforms, strengthened cybersecurity, and connected the factory via MES/IIoT. Tightly coupled with business strategy, each enabled us to move faster, operate smarter, and innovate continuously. • Provide organization level strategic planning, corporate vision, and implementation approach as a key member of the executive leadership team, expressing the ongoing ROI in strategic technology, data-driven decisions, and manufacturing automation. Successfully present business cases for complex technology initiatives requiring multimillion-dollar investments and extraordinary process change. • Build and deploy a company-wide business analytics desktop and mobile solution using PowerBI Enterprise, Azure SQL, market data, over 25 internal data end points, and Python/R. Built an analytics team to carry forward the effort through continuous improvement cycles and new initiatives. • Responsible for leading the company’s complete overhaul of our legacy enterprise systems, migration to SAP S/4 HANA, and organizational change management process using SAP’s Activate, Enable Now, Web Assistant, and SAP Analytics Cloud, providing fast time to value for 4000+ employees. • Led the lift and shift effort to migrate the company’s core IT infrastructure and application stack to the cloud enabling new technologies in Azure and AWS. • Developed several key team member leadership roles to facilitate all aspects of our enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity allowing 99% availability to over 50 manufacturing, aquaculture, and distribution locations. Accurately budget multimillion-dollar hardware, software, and labor expenses. • Rapidly accelerate revenue per employee goals by leading a complete overhaul of our enterprise resource planning (ERP, move to S4/HANA) system, warehouse management system (SAP EWMS), manufacturing execution system (SAP MII MES/IIOT), transportation management system (SAP TM), sales and operations planning (SAP S&OP), and shop floor environment enabling real-time transactions for all business units. • Deliver the customer-facing e-commerce (B2C) with fulfillment in 30 days in response to Covid-19 food service market collapse.
• Accountable for formulating executive-level digital transformation strategies to optimize organizational systems, employees, and processes allowing ten-year revenue growth of over 26X and distribution in 71 countries. • Provide top-level strategic planning as a key member of the executive leadership team, expressing the immediate ROI in technology, application development, and automation ideas. Successfully present business cases for complex company-wide technology initiatives requiring significant investment and change. • Lead our internal application development team and build bespoke enterprise-wide desktop/cloud-based applications to optimize paperless workflows and blend disparate systems for supply chain, operations, sales, marketing and finance saving millions in SaaS, CapEx/Opex, and software license expenses. • Facilitate all aspects of our IT enterprise infrastructure and align IT staff allowing 99% availability to our 24/7 multi-location manufacturing environment. • Oversee all enterprise hardware and software while effectively keeping IT investments under 2% of total revenue through a careful blend of software as a service (SaaS), on-premise cloud (Nutanix), bespoke applications, microservices/API, and enterprise hardware to balance company uptime, budget, and performance expectations. • Champion a complete digital overhaul of our enterprise. Delivered innovative enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management system (WMS), manufacturing execution system (MES/IIOT), electronic data interchange (EDI/OE), finance (AP/AR), quality assurance (QA), and shop floor environments enabling real-time KPI dashboards and rapidly accelerating revenue per employee goals. • Directed over 150 IT infrastructure projects from the ground up including Cisco ASA, Cisco routers, Microsoft servers, active directory, Exchange/Postfix mail servers, IIS/Apache web servers, SQL and Oracle database servers, DNS, cluster servers, security appliances, AV Push, and VPN servers. • Provide companies with full-service ERP migration planning, risk assessment, media development, web application development, network administration, server deployment, DevOps planning, PBX administration, and business continuity planning. • Planned, designed, programmed, and developed over 400 web applications using PHP, HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, ASP, PERL, Java, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, MS SQL, Bootstrap, and Flash. • Managed key customer relationships including sales, budgeting, marketing direction, maintenance, SEO, and problem solving.
