About

I have a strong desire to assist businesses in making meaningful and significant change. My ability to interact with employees across all levels of a business provides an opportunity to help identify areas that need changed as well as the ability to communicate and implement the change across all levels of the organization. Process improvement is a critical and often overlooked aspect of a business. I enjoy the challenge of finding areas for improvement. I have a history of working with employees across all levels of the organization from CEOs to entry level employees. During this time I've built many strong relationships that have resulted in years of repeat business with premier clients throughout the region. While managing as many as forty employees on a single project I have been successful at running numerous projects simultaneously while finishing ahead of schedule and under budget.

I have a wide range of roles within the organization. I work directly with corporate decision makers in helping develop the right solution for their business needs determined by closely analyzing their situation and proving a variety of recommendations. This involves directly handling contract negotiations which often involves project scope of work, overall costs, scheduling, quality and change orders. Once awarded projects I begin to function as a project manager. My role is a project manager is to oversee all aspects of the project from implementation to conclusion. This requires overseeing estimating, submittals, material purchases, scheduling, job site meetings with owners or owners representatives, labor, quality control, and end user satisfaction/follow-up.

As an account manager my role was to be both a hunter and a farmer. I was tasked with bringing additional work to the company and maintaining the customer base that was already established. Through the dedication of myself and those that I worked with I was able to achieve the third highest gross profit in the country in only my second year with the company. I managed projects ranging in size from a few hundred dollars to several million. I was in charge of the scope of the projects, labor, change orders, client communications, budget, and quality. I also had the opportunity to mentor junior account mangers which was very satisfying knowing that I could positively affect the next generation of account managers in our industry.
