• Head/coach Telemarketing in Leuven - 5 agents / 1 mgr: Introduce brands and activations by phone • Head/coach of front office customer service in 3 depots: first contact for the customers on questions and complaints - improve customer satisfaction by excellent service • Head/coach of telesales teams in 9 depots – 25 agents / 2 mgrs: Order taking customers • Head/coach team of sales systems – 4 fte’s: Develop and support sales systems for sales reps
