Having lived in the USA for four years, as well as spent an exchange year in Madrid and 12 weeks in Valencia, I am fluent in English and Spanish. Brand Representative at Lund University. The role entails contacting unions regarding activations and connecting students with the Celsius brand.
As Floor Manager, my role included waiting tables and bartending, with a strong focus on creating an enjoyable experience for the customer. Additionally, I sharpened my sales abilities, as there was an incentive to drive increased sales. Since the job could be stressful at times, I developed the ability to work effectively in teams and perform well under pressure.
The responsibilities of my role varied depending on the day and shift. During day shifts, I supported the kitchen staff during lunch service, helped prepare and organize conference breaks, tidied the venue, and planned and prepared for the afternoon and evening operations. During evening shifts, I assisted with food and beverage service, focusing on creating a pleasant and elegant environment for guests renting the venue. I also regularly took on the role of Head Waiter, managing a team of up to six staff members and ensuring the venue was cleaned and closed efficiently and professionally.
