I trained my first Neural Network in 2005, convinced it would change the world forever. A decade later, in 2014, I encountered the "Data Problem" firsthand at a large corporation and led my first Data Engineering project—before the industry even had a name for it. Today, I’m building Teramot, the first Artificial Data Team, because the way companies handle data is broken. Manual Data Engineering is outdated—slow, inefficient, and prone to failure. The future isn’t about more dashboards or better ETL pipelines. The future is AI Agents. At Teramot, we are leading this shift: AI Agents are the new software paradigm—self-learning, autonomous, and built to empower businesses to analyze, automate, and predict without friction. Software as we know it is obsolete. AI-driven organizations will win the future, and we are making it happen.

Lead the Data and Analytics Strategy, within the Digital Transformation team, with an special focus on creating a data-driven culture and enhancing the decision making process. With a team of +40 Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Business Analysts, we have succesfully built and deploy a revolutionary Fraud Detection process using Deep Learning for image recognition, which made us winners of the Celent Model Insurer 2020 Award for Data, Analytics and AI. Since we implemented this solution, we have achieved a 2% reduction in total loss cost. We have also built and deployed tools for Customer Retention, Cost reduction, Credit Scoring, Pricing and Underwriting and Continuous Audit.
Equinplast makes novel Silicon Horseshoes to help injured animals recover faster and better. Equinplast horseshoes can also be used by healthy horses in order to prevent injuries during training.
