Bruno Raynal is a Mentor, Leadership Consultant, and Founder of Blue Thinking International (BTI), with more than 20 years of coaching experience across Europe, Latin America and North America. He specializes in helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen human capabilities, and foster sustainable performance in rapidly changing environments. Drawing on a unique background that combines executive leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and systemic thinking, Bruno is coaching senior executives and leadership teams across several industries . Before dedicating himself fully to coaching, Bruno held international executive positions in multinational organizations (Schering Plough, Sanofi, Ogilvy), leading multicultural teams and large-scale transformations. Bruno holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy (University Paris V), an MBA from emlyon business school, and a Masterโs degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Universitat de Valรจncia). He is also an ACI-certified coach through Columbia University and serves as a Board Member of the Columbia Coaching & Learning Association (CCLA).
