I started my career at 14, interning at my father's company repairing medical and laboratory electronic equipment. Twenty-nine years later, I manage the Industrial Automation product offer for South America at Schneider Electric, with direct interfaces with global teams in Singapore and China. I'm a native of automation and technology. My career spans the full spectrum — discrete manufacturing to continuous process industries — across distributors, OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, and end users. I've also worked inside software development consultancies, which gave me a rare fluency: I speak the language of the field engineer, the software architect, the channel partner, and the C-suite. I'm known for three things that rarely come together: discipline to execute, creativity to simplify, and energy to move fast. I don't just solve problems — I build bridges between global strategy and local execution, between technology and business, between what's possible and what partners are ready to adopt. I manage the transactional automation product portfolio across South America — Brazil, Southern Cone, Andean and Caribbean region — reporting to the VP of Industrial Automation and working in close alignment with the global Category Director in Singapore and the HubChina team. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, channel growth, and market execution. I translate global vision into local action — and local market intelligence into global strategy. What I do in practice: define pricing and positioning for regional dynamics, lead the SIOP² process across countries, drive go-to-market execution through distributors, OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators, and speak at activation events connecting our value proposition to real customer challenges. I also build AI-powered tools to sharpen commercial intelligence and accelerate decision-making across the sales ecosystem.
Collaborating in a multicultural global team, in this strategic marketing position I lead the business development of the medium offering products ("EasySeries") for Industrial Automation business throughout South America (SAm) to increase market share. EasySeries is Schneider's answer for emerging markets, which are sensitive to price but see a fit in our value proposition.
As leader of the Business Plan for national expansion, I worked in this IT Consultancy to increase the brand's presence in new markets. Developed strategic roadmaps for the implementation of digital initiatives, driving innovation in clients and unlocking revenue through the delivery of customized digital solutions.
As manager of the largest portfolio of Dextra Clients (IT Consultancy acquired by CI&T), I exceeded goals by 120%, ensuring revenue growth and business longevity in strategic clients. At this Software Solutions Provider, I structured the "PRO.FILE Competence Center Brasil" for the commercialization of PLM systems by Procad GMbH in the country. I thoroughly studied the market, developing a Go-to-Market strategy, acting as an PLM expert consultant, organizing webinars and acting in lectures.
