More than 30 years experience of engineering activities, first as installation, energy and fluid engineer then as engineering, proposal and project manager (17 years at least). I have acquired significant experience in the execution of polyolefins and other industrial projects worldwide on different processes. For example: Project Manager for LDPE EPDP in China and PP EDP in Kuwait , HDPE plants in Pennsylvania and in Mexico for EPCm project. Recent assignment is for a Carbon Capture Plant in Norway as PM for the FEED optimization studies. Out of this experience, the main interrest of my carreer is having managed multi cultural teams with numerous stafs (from 50 to 200 approx) in/from different places ( India, China, Europe, USA, South Africa...).
