IN EUROCONTROL Environment Unit, I am leading the technical implementation of CORSIA, the programme launched by ICAO to collect data related to Environment, CORSIA meaning "Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation"
Responsible for managing several projects including: -the development of an online repository to reflect EUROCONTROL's international agreements with States and organisation via the Agency's public website; -the creation of a mobile-accessible online catalogue of Network Manager services. -Optimisation of EUROCONTROL's web presence to reflect Network Manager autonomy. As a new project I have successfully delivered on the project initiation, vision and business roadmap phases and am responsible for managing the daily activities of the team; -Development of a smartphone application for EUROCONTROL stakeholders; -Implementation of Digital Asset System for EUROCONTROL staff.
