Partner and CEO of Grosso Napoletano, an artisanal pizza chain focused on authentic Neapolitan pizza, market leader in Spain and recognized as Best Pizza Chain in the World by the 50 Top Pizza Ranking. I joined Grosso after a 10-year career at L’Oréal, where I held several senior roles across Commercial, Marketing and Business Development functions. That experience shaped my obsession with execution, brand building and scalable growth. Today, I lead a fast-growing hospitality business with a clear focus on strategy, operational excellence and profitability, firmly believing that talent and organization are the real growth engines of any company. I’m particularly interested in how strong culture, clear processes and disciplined decision-making allow brands to scale without losing their soul — especially in challenging market contexts. I hold a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2016, I was appointed One Young World Ambassador, and since 2022 I am part of the Endeavor network, collaborating with founders and leaders building high-impact companies.
