Co-owner of DPM sprl, company specialized in Service Management Training, Coaching and Consultancy. During my time as a consultant in the domain of Service Management (service design, incident management, root cause analysis, change management, knowledge management, continual improvement, people motivation), I observed I was every time more interested in the people factor. That's why I have decided to use my skills as a life coach for individuals, couples and organisations and guide them to express their own true self.
- Rédaction des besoinsen vue du changement de plateforme de gestion des services informatiques (initialement dans SCSM); - Participation à la migration de SCSM vers ServiceNow (avec un focus sur Incident, Problem et Change Management). - Capture des besoins pour ces trois processus et rédactions des analyses pour les différentes releases dans ServiceNow; - Animation d'une communauté Incident Management afin d'identifier et réduire les écarts d'application du processus existants entre les différents départements au sein de l'IT.
