I love my job. I never wanted to be an astronaut, a doctor or a singer. I decided to join IT since when my father was working late night at home finishing his projects. In 2007 I choose my path and I became a developer. I had the chance to work with some of the biggest companies in Italy. As I was good at relationship-building, my manger suggested that I try the pre-sales area. From there everything changed: I discovered that helping people to simplify the business was my way. I never worked with products that I didn’t like or where I didn't see any real benefit. I need to like them and, in first instance, I need to know that they could be useful to me as well. Those experiences gave me the possibility to deeply understand the needs of each department within the company and offer a 360° support. I like to build different scenarios in order to explain, in a comprehensive way, my point of view which is always oriented to solve problems, to have a consistent ROI and at the customer satisfaction: this is always a real benefit. I was rewarded like the best sales for my market in 2013. I was in the president club in 2014 and I had in 2 cases a growth of the business around 200% YoY. I’m passionate about what I’m doing and I hope to transmit it to all the people around me. If I need to choose a sentence to describe myself I would say “never give up”. In my spare time I like to travel around the world. I have been to four different 4 continents already. Always ready for the next adventure!
