I have built my career in People Strategy in Consulting and Companies, working with organizations of diverse sizes and sectors as both a consultant and an internal HR professional. I have worked on and led projects for companies such as Zurich Santander, Prudential, Administración Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE) – Paraguay, Nestlé, Portobello, Braskem, Boticário and Natura. With deep experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, and People Analytics, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business impact. A former professional swimmer, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management minor in Computer Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration at FGV-EAESP, focusing on People Management and Organizational Behavior, with research on power relations and organizational culture.
Org Design and Workforce Planning
Gringo, the company I was previously with, has been acquired by Sem Parar: Define the organizational design of the new business unit (headcount analysis, spans and layers, roles & responsibilities) in partnership with leadership and design HR processes.
I was invited to lead the entire HR department of a fast-growing startup, where I paused my consulting practice to gain deep, hands-on experience in organizational design, operating models, and HR processes tailored for startups.
I decided to leave my corporate role to fulfill my dream of launching my own consulting practice. During this period, I delivered People Analytics, Organizational Design, and Operating Model redesign projects for Portobello, partnering with a former consulting colleague.
Worked for a venture capital firm, where I was allocated to one of its portfolio companies to design compensation, performance, and people analytics processes.
