    As Project Manager for the ERP Transformation Program – SAP S/4HANA, I led the end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, multi‑year digital transformation across the Humanitas Group. Since March 2021, we successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA in 14 companies, covering over 80% of the Group’s total revenue, standardizing and harmonizing processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. This program was executed as a Greenfield implementation, consolidating multiple heterogeneous legacy systems—ranging from accounting platforms to procurement and warehouse management tools—into a single, centralized SAP S/4HANA environment. The rollout included core modules such as MM, FI/CO, PS, and SD, together with a full redesign of business processes to align with best practices and corporate governance requirements. A key part of the transformation was the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically its Integration Suite, where we designed, developed, and deployed more than 60 interfaces to seamlessly integrate SAP with clinical, operational, and administrative systems across the Humanitas ecosystem
