As Project Manager for the ERP Transformation Program – SAP S/4HANA, I led the end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, multi‑year digital transformation across the Humanitas Group. Since March 2021, we successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA in 14 companies, covering over 80% of the Group’s total revenue, standardizing and harmonizing processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. This program was executed as a Greenfield implementation, consolidating multiple heterogeneous legacy systems—ranging from accounting platforms to procurement and warehouse management tools—into a single, centralized SAP S/4HANA environment. The rollout included core modules such as MM, FI/CO, PS, and SD, together with a full redesign of business processes to align with best practices and corporate governance requirements. A key part of the transformation was the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically its Integration Suite, where we designed, developed, and deployed more than 60 interfaces to seamlessly integrate SAP with clinical, operational, and administrative systems across the Humanitas ecosystem

Management of IT operation & support of the infrastructure, Help Desk, Application development & support, engineering automation to support the engineering development, information security policies, and procedures. Key accomplishments: • Manage the integration process with the corporate office, implementing SAP (FI-CO, MM, PS & EHS) for more than 20 companies in the region in 8 months. • Implement several corporate procedures and applications for different processes, like document management, material administration, CRM, and others. • Reduce 40% of the IT OPEX costs, renegotiating several contracts, and optimizing the licensing and infrastructure. • Set up an all-new Data Center in an outsourced solution (HaaS), IT infrastructure, Networking facilities, and a Unified Communications solution (Cisco Call Manager). Also, a new backup solution (Avamar) integrated with the corporate solution. • Migration for more than 70 Servers and their related apps to the new virtual infrastructure. • Integrate into the IT team the Engineering Automation area previously working under the engineering department. Reorganize the entire engineering licenses model, saving almost 1 Mio USD.
