Atualmente sou Talent Acquisition da SHEIN e estudante de Letras pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). - Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent across different business areas. - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities. - Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and an excellent candidate journey. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives that reinforce SHEIN’s reputation as a competitive and attractive employer. - Prepare and post impactful job advertisements and position descriptions, aligned with business needs and market best practices. - Support Training and Development initiatives focused on employee growth, engagement, and organizational integration. - Lead the full onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive start to their experience within the company.

- Provide support and assistance in global talent acquisition initiatives. - Evaluate CVs for international positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company standards. - Manage the mass hiring process for various roles across AMS countries, ensuring efficiency and quality in recruitment. - Oversee the entire internal transfer recruitment process, working closely with global managers to facilitate smooth transitions. - Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies for diverse positions within TikTok businesses. - Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and the recruitment team, ensuring clear and effective communication. - Develop and publish engaging and informative job postings, ensuring alignment with company standards.
