-Assembly of medical devices following good manufacturing practices -Builds medical devices that go into patients to help with strokes, brain aneurysms, heart attacks and pulmonary embolism -Line clearance designee (LCD) Able to clear workers and allow them to work on stations if applicable and training is finished. Responsible for the materials, equipments and training records present at the station. The station must be checked to see if they are up to date as well as the equipments and the material being used are the correct parts. -Proximal Pusher (Metals) acquired all eight stations (MQI) and am a subject matter expert in that area (SME) -Smart Pusher (Metals) acquired 8 of the 13 stations (MQI) in that area as well -Have three years of experience in medical production building in the metals department -Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Penumbra's Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and other company standards -Participate in ongoing training activities designed to build cross-functional teams and provide job growth for team members -Work in CER (Controlled Environment Room) an enclosed space in which concentration of airborne particles are controlled (viable and non-viable) -Must gown up with shoe covers, coats, gloves, hairnet and face mask if any facial hair -Able to operate in a fast-paced environment where work is continuously flowing at all times and able to flex to different stations if needed -Spectacular organization skills as materials are reserved specifically for each line at each specific station and may not be used on other lines or stations (unless applicable) which would cause an NCR (Non-Conformance Report) that costs the company 4,200$ each report to figure out what went wrong, how to fix the problem and reporting it to upper management/licensee -Pristine measurement accuracy as stations are very precise and have workable ranges
-Ensure guests enter and leave the store satisfied with a great impression -Clean and sanitize work environment including parking lots, windows, bathrooms and equipment -Stock whenever possible -Take orders, pack the meals/drinks and handle the cashier simultaneously while being timed -If needed I could also work the register and the fryer if we were short on staff or the team members needed help -All around product knowledge -Team leader skills -The ability to upsell and promote our products -Memorizing every item on the menu/ingredients -Food handling safety -Great and respectful customer service -Unloading and packing of daily shipments
