Developing go-to-market strategies which includes Intergen key partners, to open up new enterprise accounts and grow long term revenues
Development of a long term, sustainable, high performing sales operation to grow revenue stream in line with business aspirations. Led 6 sales teams with a total of 25 sales and one support staff including supporting sales in both Australia and America. Reported to CEO and was part of the senior leadership team. Total revenue responsibility of $52 million plus associated costs of sales function.
