Resonsible for 60 people on three shifts VFF of liquids, bakery mixes, filling PBOM and super sacks. Extensive packaging experience with multi wall bags, corrugated containers, laminated and co-extruded films. VFF experience. Project Team member for closing excess capacity plants. Proposed the consultants analysis was flawed and should be redone which resulted in one plant not being closed.
New Plant Start up with 50 Employees. Three Shifts, seven days a week. Expense and Capital Budget met every year. No lost Time accidents from 2000 to 2010. Designed, installed and implemented first automatic packaging line in CSM. Continuous Improvement program resulted in reducing 21 operators with no layoffs, accomplished elimination as people left the company.
