London, England, United Kingdom
I’m passionate about equity, creativity and connection, with over 15 years’ experience across the creative and social impact sectors. My work focuses on building inclusive strategies, engaging communities and supporting diverse and underrepresented talent to thrive. I’m currently Head of Engagement at the Mayor’s Fund for London where I’m responsible for brand and communications, partnerships and youth engagement. I work across teams to build stronger connections with young Londoners, funders, employers and organisations. Alongside this, I work as a coach and facilitator supporting creative professionals, career changers and purpose-driven professionals to grow with clarity, confidence and care. I am especially committed to helping people navigate transitions, systemic barriers and non-linear career journeys. Highlights from my work include: • Launching Grand Plan Fund, which has supported over 150 creative people of colour in the UK with micro-grants to realise bold, self-directed projects • Designing and delivering engagement programmes with organisations such as Tate, Somerset House, Creative Access, and A New Direction • Providing one-to-one and group support through inclusive coaching, training and leadership development At the heart of my work is a commitment to inclusion, care and meaningful connection, whether supporting individuals or shaping strategy within organisations.
Leading the charity’s engagement strategy across brand and communications, partnerships and youth engagement. I work closely with funders, employers, civic partners and young Londoners to strengthen our profile, grow meaningful relationships and ensure our work is inclusive, audience-led and high impact.
As a Trustee of Grand Plan Fund, I support the organisation’s strategic growth and governance, ensuring our work aligns with our mission to champion artists from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. I advise the team on long-term planning, partnerships and advocacy and help represent the fund across cultural, public and philanthropic sectors. This role builds on my early involvement in launching and managing Grand Plan and reflects my ongoing commitment to supporting underrepresented creatives to access funding, take risks and share their work with the public.
I design and lead inclusive strategy, programmes and coaching that support individuals and organisations to navigate change, build confidence and create more equitable systems. My work centres engaging marginalised and underrepresented communities, ensuring lived experience meaningfully shapes strategy, programmes and decision-making. I am particularly interested in developing projects that support creative, professional and leadership development within communities that face systemic barriers to access and opportunity. I’ve worked across the charity, public and creative sectors, leading and managing projects from concept through to delivery and evaluation. This includes: • Theory of Change development and strategic frameworks • Impact reporting and evaluation design • Programme design, delivery and management • Stakeholder engagement, partnerships and community consultation • Facilitation of workshops, training and co-creation processes Alongside consultancy, I design and run my own projects and programmes, working directly with communities to support creative development, professional pathways, leadership and confidence. My approach is rooted in care, clarity and practical tools that support long-term, meaningful change. I’ve been contracted by organisations such as Good Growth Hub and Creative Access, working with emerging creatives, community organisations and corporate teams to build more inclusive practices and opportunities. I offer 1:1 coaching, group programmes, facilitation and strategic consultancy across impact, engagement and organisational development.

Provided values-led support to creative teams navigating inclusion, wellbeing and workplace growth.
