I am a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BBA and a minor in Sports and Recreation Management, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Teaching at Drake University as I transition into the field of education. Education fuels my passion by combining creativity with intentional, student-centered impact, allowing me to help learners grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Highly organized and detail-oriented, I excel at managing multiple commitments while building meaningful connections. I use my previous experience and knowledge of the customer service industry to provide customers with a quality dining experience. I continuously engage my time management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with my coworkers which creates a orderly work environment. Working at Iowa Chop House is sharpening my sales skills as I attempt to upsell customers. Everyday I am reminded of the importance of customer satisfaction.
