I drive revenue growth in the broadband industry by helping operators move beyond price-based decisions to engineering-driven solutions. As VP of Sales & Marketing at UCL Swift Americas, I lead go-to-market strategy across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 providers—focusing on one thing: winning through performance, not price. We partner with operators, contractors, co-ops, and distributors to simplify fiber deployments, improve network reliability, and reduce TCO through engineered connectivity solutions, fusion-based technology, and standardized field practices. The reality is this: Most networks aren’t failing because of bandwidth—they fail in the last mile! That’s where we focus. My role is to align sales, marketing, engineering, and partners into a single execution engine—driving: -Faster deployments with less skilled labor dependency -Higher network reliability through engineered solutions -Lower OpEx by eliminating rework, variability, and inefficiencies -Stronger partner ecosystems that scale across markets In parallel, as Founder of Harris DigiTech, I stay deeply engaged in workforce development—because scaling networks without scaling talent doesn’t work. I focus on practical training, micro-credentialing, and workforce strategies that support real-world deployment at scale. Earlier in my career, I helped shape industry education and standards through SCTE (now part of CableLabs), Learning Alliance Corporation, developing 550+ courses and certifications still used across our industry today. I also spent time with Comcast, gaining firsthand experience in the operational realities of broadband deployment. I remain active across the industry as a speaker, author, and collaborator with organizations and events including ISE Expo, FBA, ANGA COM, NATE, Andina Link, BCAP, and MACTA. I’m proud to be recognized as a Cable TV Pioneer, SCTE Senior Member, recipient of the SCTE Excellence in Learning Award, a member of the Loyal Order of the 704, and a patent holder in workforce and network optimization.
