I build learning experiences that equip people to think differently, act with more confidence, and navigate complex systems — whether that's a classroom, a nonprofit, or an organization scaling its talent infrastructure. As the founder of Conscious Pathways and adjunct faculty at Grossmont Community College District, I work at the intersection of instructional design, curriculum development, and organizational learning. My clients range from school districts and state education agencies to nonprofits and professional learning networks — and what they share is a need for L&D solutions that actually transfer into practice, not just training that checks a box. My work is grounded in equity and culturally sustaining design, and I bring that same rigor to onboarding systems, manager training, facilitation, and written documentation. I'm AI-first in my workflow, actively using Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate research, sharpen deliverables, and help organizations build smarter internal systems. I hold an M.A. in Legal Studies with a concentration in Regulatory Compliance and a B.A. in Advocacy and Social Justice, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I serve on the San Diego County Local Child Care and Development Planning Council's Public Policy Committee and have presented at CAAEYC, the Equity Conference, and the SDI-CAEYC Conference, among others. If you're building something and need someone who can design the systems that scale it — let's connect. Let’s build something better, together. 💬 Connect with me if you’re seeking a collaborator who brings vision, strategy, and heart to the work. ✉️ Feel free to reach out: [email protected]
