Amplify Allyship is a leadership platform focused on helping organizations navigate HR decision-making in an AI-driven workplace. Through keynote speaking and executive convenings, I help leaders address the real-world tension between people, policy, technology, and accountability—especially as AI accelerates the speed and visibility of HR decisions. My work focuses on: • HR decision-making under pressure • People risk, escalation, and defensibility • Leadership accountability in AI-influenced systems • Retention and trust in periods of organizational change The work is designed to help leaders make decisions that hold up under scrutiny—from employees, regulators, boards, and the public.
The Ascend Fellowship Program, presented by Making Space, is a ten-month leadership and professional development fellowship focused on career growth, strategic self-advocacy, inclusive leadership, and community-driven learning for Disabled professionals.
Direct Reports: 11 senior technical sourcers (5 direct reports & 6 in a dotted line reporting structure) who were responsible for sourcing diverse, senior level technical talent 100% of the time. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for leveraging talent intelligence to develop a robust strategy to address gaps in hiring diverse technical talent while gaining buy-in from senior leaders. Key Accomplishments: Within first 6 months of hire, led a team comprised 80% of new hires to achieve the largest number of hires in a half in the department’s history (resulting in a 200% increase in hires). As the People Partner at Proactive Talent, I cultivated and championed Proactive’s people experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, I supported and executed HR programs and initiatives related to onboarding, compensation, tech optimization, hiring, and DEI. As a member of the Leadership Team, I led the charge to deliver an exceptional employee experience through fair, consistent, and engaging HR practices that are in harmony with our company values. I also work with global clients to implement Greenhouse applicant tracking system so that they could optimize their talent management process.
