I am a partner on Orrick's Structured Finance team, where I advise financial institutions, private credit funds, asset managers and other market participants in complex forward flow, warehouse, and other structured finance transactions. My practice focuses primarily on developing tailored financing structures that support clients’ objectives across a diverse range of asset classes. I represent clients in structured finance transactions involving secured and unsecured consumer and business place loans, merchant cash advances, trade receivables, card receivables and other specialty financial technology assets. I am frequently called upon to assist with transactions involving joint venture structures, helping clients navigate the legal, commercial and operational issues that arise in sophisticated financing arrangements.
