Worked with Group Transformation to define and establish relevant principles and practices for 19,000+ employees shifting to Agile ways of working as part of one of the largest transformations ever. Designed and delivered the bank’s Product Owner training. Conducted in-depth research into how products are built within the bank. This research report formed the foundation for 8 fundamental problem areas presented to the senior leadership team, gaining sponsorship and inciting systemic change within the bank. Supported the formation of a product leadership community and Guilds to support with embedding the principles and practices. Co-designed the bank's training on OKRs.
