• Part of a team of recruiters focused on the hyper growth of Shopify’s engineering verticals in a Centralized model. We doubled the engineering org for 2021. • Recruited for roles in: Mobile, Frontend, Backend, Security, and Production Engineering. • Increased signings by 200% from Q2 of 2021, to Q3. • Met hiring targets from Q3 2021 - Q3 2022. • Collaborated with a group of recruiters to build a database for better Knowledge Management of recruitment processes in Centralized Engineering. • Experimented with candidate outreach 6 months after rejecting our offer to re-introduce them into the pipeline, and saw success. • Hosted a hiring event in LA, to recruit candidates for our Shop initiatives. • Mentored new recruiters, and sourcers as they joined Shopify. • Averaged 12-15 candidate signings quarterly. • Hired individual contributors, technical leaders, and people managers. • Partnered with stakeholders, including directors, VPs, and the CSO, across engineering for candidate placements. • Optimized digital sourcing efforts using integration tools (GEM) and sequenced follow-ups. • Intentional recruitment of a broad spectrum of diverse candidates to promote inclusion and belonging. • Strategic decision making based on the data analytics of ATS workflow conversion rates. • Utilized both synchronous and asynchronous communication.
• Develop successful recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates with skill-sets including: Insurance Specialists (property, auto, casualty), Customer Service/Sales, Administrative, Marketing, Finance, Graphic Design, and HR. • Most notable achievement, was hiring 203 Customer Service Representatives for one client over the course of a year. • Work to create and maintain relationships with a variety of companies/clients, managing recruitment needs for 18 different clients. • Provide staffing consultation for a variety of organizations and implement high quality staffing solutions. • Effectively manage and develop recruiters by means of tracking KPI's and coaching, I mentored and promoted two recruiters during my time. • Act as a point of contact between the recruitment team and the appropriate stakeholders from client companies.
