Our aim is to support CEOs as a Value Creation Booster (VCB) of the Company, while seeking the right balance between growth, performance and risk mitigation. It is a three-fold mission: 1️⃣ Support in strategy (strategic choices, business plan, strategy execution) 2️⃣ Expert in business staging and transformation 3️⃣ Sparring partner of the CEO. A Non-Executive Counsel/Mentor, we support the CEO on the execution of a strategic challenge, a project or a transformation, usually during 6 - 12 months, to achieve the objectives agreed at the outset. We are accredited by Bpifrance as a member of an Advisory Board.

Currently leading a working group that explores issues related to the corporate governance structure of medium-sized companies, with the goal of producing a reference document for directors and shareholder executives, also participating in a working group that analyzes corporate governance of LBOs.
🔴 Since 2018, we have been accredited by Bpifrance (the state-owned bank in France supporting French companies in their development) for its acceleration programs dedicated to SMBs, as a consultant in: ✔️ 360-degree preliminary assessment of a company, ✔️ strategy and international strategy, ✔️ M&A strategy, ✔️ organizational design and governance. The missions we are entrusted with tend to involve large SMEs and mid-sized companies experiencing a major milestone in their development (internationalization, acquisition, strategic pivot, strong growth, etc.) that often generates complexity. 🔴 Also a designer and provider of suites of services for groups of French and Foreign companies to support their international expansion (Cultur'Export USA for Bpifrance Export, Stratexio, Trade Missions). We have developed along the years a practice of rigorous selection and seamless alliances with partners whose capabilities - or geographic coverage - is complementary to ours.
