● Commanded a Rashtriya Rifles Sector in Combat with 5000 soldiers in J&K under challenging operational situation and adverse internal security circumstances. Was awarded the "Vishisht Seva Medal" in recognition of my contribution by the Honourable President of India ● Handled multifarious Administrative issues of 1500 Cadets, documentation and HR of all Officers, coordinated entire administration and record keeping of 500 civilian employees and streamlined procedures for handling various grants, allowances and stipend for Cadets at Officers Training Academy, Chennai. ● Addressed complexities as the Principal Administrator(Station Commander) of a large Military Station with 30000 population including families in J&K, handling Security, Infrastructure Development, Logistics and Administration. ● As Chairman, oversaw entire management, administration and budgeting of the largest "Ex servicemen Contributory Health Scheme" of the region with approx 45000 dependency including families. ● Gained rich experience as a Senior General Staff Officer at a Command Headquarters, handling allotment & utilisation of Public grants amounting to many Crores per year for hundreds of Army Units & Establishments. ● Oversaw expeditious disposal of numerous cases of revision of organizational structures of Units & Establishments, including their merger, raisings, disbandments, conversions, optimization and relocation as also all aspects of their military training while serving in Command Headquarters. ● Handled vendors & contractors management for award and execution of various contracts in all appointments in senior ranks. ● Gained extensive experience in interaction with Government Officials and Civil Administration due to exposure to such responsibilities in senior ranks. ● As Vice Patron of an Army Public School and Chairman of two Kendriya Vidyalayas, was closely involved with administration, selection of teachers and budget planning of these Schools.
● Successfully commanded the only Rashtriya Rifles Commando Battalion with 800 Commandos under my wings for nearly three years in the rugged, inhospitable and challenging operational areas of J&K. Awarded Army Commander's Commendation for my Astute Leadership. ● Supervised and oversaw end to end implementation of approx Rs 125 Crores "Roll-On -Plan" for construction of infrastructure at The Infantry School, Mhow. ● As Deputy Commandant & Chief Instructor at Parachute Regiment Training Centre, successfully trained more than 2000 recruits, transforming greenhorn boys into physically tough and mentally robust Special Forces operatives. ● As Vice Chairman of Army Public School, was closely involved in administration, infrastructure development, selection of teachers and budget planning of the School for more than two years
