A very successful 80 seater cafe. Providing high standard of food at reasonable price. Wide variety of foods available.
Busy Bar food and Carvery. Worked in Kitchen and also worked on Floor. Catered for 100 - 150 in evenings with 2 chefs on service. Sunday lunch carvery between 600 and 800 covers. Busy premises at the time. I went back to college to do my BA Degree in 2009/10 while still working. I attended college on my day off during the week.
Opened up Tower Bistro which is still very successful and helped in getting the hotel Board Failte approval. Complete control of kitchen, Bar food, functions and restaurant.
Was asked to get this up and running. It became very successful after a few months of me being there. Left as I had other offers and challenges I wanted to pursue.
