Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and serves as the Member Representative to various Alutiiq, LLC subsidiaries. As Member Representative, the SPSE delegates management and control of each subsidiary’s day-to-day operations to the subsidiary’s President, while retaining ultimate oversight over the subsidiary in connection with the common administrative services and common management provided by Alutiiq to its subsidiaries. The SPSE is responsible for high-level business processes, control mechanisms and technological solutions.
