Technology and Media Leader | Driving Innovation & Customer-Centric Solutions | Transforming Ideas into Market Success

London Area, United Kingdom

About

I am a Product Leader passionate about transforming business challenges into innovative, customer-centric products that drive measurable growth. Based in London, originally from Ireland, I combine pragmatic leadership with a relentless drive to deliver market-winning solutions aligned with clear OKRs. My approach is simple: define the outcomes we want to achieve, work backward to map the path, and encourage experimentation — failing fast to learn faster and iterate toward success. I’ve led diverse teams to launch digital products for some of the UK’s most beloved media brands, including talkSPORT, Virgin Radio, The Sun, and The Times. Notably, during the Covid-19 pandemic, I led the product team behind the launch of Times Radio across web, app, and smart speaker platforms, navigating the complexities of remote working and shifting restrictions. More recently, I led the product team behind TalkTV’s multi-platform launch with Piers Morgan. Recognised as an Emerging Leader by News UK, I continue to develop my leadership capabilities to inspire and empower teams for sustained success. Outside work, I embrace travel, fitness, new experiences, and enjoy balancing a dynamic social life with family, often fueled by coffee and the joys of parenthood
