I founded Virgo to de-risk critical, underestimated components of the early-to-growth transition for founders and investors. My focus areas are strategic & financial planning, operational rigor, and high-stakes transactions like fundraising, exits, and M&A. My team and I are thought partners and trusted operators who work with founders and their leadership teams to build for scale. I spend my time in enterprise software with depth in AI, SaaS, and marketplaces. -- Prior to Virgo, I spent over a decade serving in senior board-facing roles at global venture-backed startups with AI/ML at their core, like pymetrics (CFO/COO, exit to Harver/Rubicon) and AppNexus (exit to AT&T), where I helped the teams navigate difficult transformations and transactions while being a disciplined steward of capital. In those roles I built and led growth-oriented strategic finance, sales ops, HR, and commercial legal functions. Alongside my founders, I've raised $350M+ in growth capital, closed a lot of acquisitions, and completed two IPO registrations.
