As the Founder and Executive Director of Living Memories C.I.C. since 2017, I have led projects to reduce isolation among older adults, including those with dementia, by creating innovative reminiscence resources. By leveraging archive films and media, our multi-platform solutions foster community engagement and meaningful connections. With over three decades of board-level and media law experience, I specialise in social impact initiatives, archival resource development, and strategic planning. Legal and Business Affairs • Handling the legal and business affairs for companies specialising in international production and distribution of feature films, television programmes and digital content Copyright Protection • Representing an international trade association in lobbying a government for legislative changes in copyright and other relevant legislation, to protect the interests of copyright owners. Expert Witness and Mediator • Providing written advice to solicitors seeking clarification on issues relating to media rights on behalf of their clients. • Acting as an expert witness in court cases, including presentation of written and oral opinions. General • Initiating and then negotiating a co-production treaty between governments, including lobbying trade associations to support implementation of the treaty

Handling legal and commercial matters relating to the operation and development of the film archive.
In this position, I had responsibility on behalf of the MPEAA members, for handling legal, marketing and other commercial matters relating to video, broadcast television, cable television and satellite communications throughout Europe. I was also involved, inter alia, in the establishment of AGICOA, video trade associations and anti-piracy organisations throughout Europe and for lobbying governments for legislative reform. He frequently attended and spoke at meetings of the Council of Europe, UNESCO and WIPO as a delegate of the International Federation of Film Producers.
