Led the organization in planning for the vitally important business system application rationalization effort. This undertaking required the forging a greater degree of integration, than had previously existed, between GSA's Public building Service (PBS) six business lines and the broader GSA IT organization. Directed the process improvements to set the basis for streamlining the application infrastructure, reducing O&M spend and setting the organization on the path to eliminate business system redundancy. Teamed with all levels of PBS Leadership to lay the foundation for strategic success. Also established a consistent approach to Contract Administration across the PBS national enterprise. Served as APM, Program Control, for the Department of Navy’s largest Information Technology Network Program with a customer base of some 800,000 users. Primarily responsible for leading the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Program's Acquisition Team through the DON and the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition review process to obtain program approval to continue delivering IT Enterprise Services to the US Navy and US Marine Corps forces deployed globally. Additionally, served as the primary interface with senior auditors from the General Accountability Office (GAO) in response to GAO’s Annual Major Automated Information Systems (MAIS) program assessments. Provided leadership to the Risk/ Schedule Management team exchange sessions with the program’s primary industry partner, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, ensuring effective program execution and communication. In 2QFY15, I took the leadership role for NGEN's Contract Administration, Service Level Requirements and Performance Management organization. In this new role, I lead all Contract Quality Assurance efforts, including the technical management aspects to measure the Service Provider's performance.
