Hailing from the day of Texas cattle barons, the word Maverick stands for an independent thinker, one who takes a unique approach, or one who blazed a different trail. At Maverick Machine & Hydraulics, we take this to heart in supplying components and repairing hydraulics on big name equipment. We’re not afraid to tackle customer-centered issues that call for an imaginative, original solution. If it has hydraulics, there is a good chance we can fix it – whether it has wheels or not. Our friendly, responsive approach has been the cornerstone of our success in the hydraulic repair and hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry. We believe in treating people the way we’d like to be treated, and remaining true to our values. Our company’s commitment to clear communication means you know what to expect and when to expect it, so you can coordinate other schedules with your hydraulic cylinder shipment. Our goal is to be the easiest company to deal with. We work to bridge the gaps in your supply chain by providing just what you need. Our Never Out policy means that if we don’t have it in stock when you need it, we’ll make it for you. True supply chain security in the custom metal fabrication industry. It’s this unique approach that drives Maverick Machine & Hydraulics to strive to be a fast, fair and flexible solution for the industry. When I became Managing Partner, I’ll admit I didn’t know everything about hydraulics. But I did know how to assemble a great team of experts who do. Our resourceful staff take pride in developing solutions that benefit our customers in innovative and original ways, to ensure their downtime is minimal. I enjoy leading our team to explore the possibilities for themselves and for our customers, to approach their work with vision and inspiration. I’m always open to conversation about customer service, innovation, and collaboration. Let’s connect here on LinkedIn, or reach out to me at [email protected].
Maverick Machine provides hydraulic components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of hoist systems, forklifts, material handling equipment, tow truck units, and compacting equipment. With partners in Iowa and Pennsylvania, we serve both the Canadian and US markets. Our company started out in the CNC machining sector; our core strengths still lie in accurate milling and turning of components. Our welding and fabrication capabilities complement this, allowing us to create almost any machined part. An important part of our business is the custom work we do with Stainless Steel Hydraulic Cylinders, most notably for the food and food processing industry. Our products stand up to the stringent cleaning and harsh chemicals needed to minimize contamination. Our process minimizes crevices and holes created during the machining process, so the cleaning solutions can do their job effectively. As Managing Partner, it’s important to me that our team is proud of our work. That means delivering value at every step – by offering rush deliveries and re-engineering, while working within your budget. It’s all about helping you make good decisions. We’re sure you’ll agree fair value is about far more than the price. Our custom hydraulic cylinder program was designed specifically for OEM with one simple philosophy: always in stock. We ensure you have the hydraulic cylinders you need to keep production moving. We manufacture off-shore or in one of our North American facilities to meet your requirements. We know that time is your most precious commodity – and there is no time to waste. Our customer service team runs a vendor managed inventory program that works closely with your forecasting and operations teams to anticipate needs and supply cylinders on time, every time. At Maverick Machine & Hydraulics we “give 100” to meet your timeline, to minimise downtime on your line or on a site.

US Aluminum was a Fabricator and Supplier of Entrances and Storefronts, Windows and Curtain Walls, Hurricane Resistant Building Fronts, Sun Control Systems, Blast Mitigation Systems, Ribbon Wall, and Custom Extrusions, up until its acquisition by C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. (CRL) In July of 2011. As Plant Manager, I supervised all aspects of the facility, ensuring safe operations and environmental compliance. I was accountable for the achievement of plant performance objectives and product quality, and monitored plant expenditures and budget. Our goal was to ensure the satisfaction of our customers by delivering products on time, assuring that product quality meets customers’ requirements. I took pride in creating a friendly work environment that fostered positive interaction amongst employees, and in rewarding team members for their commitment, performance and hard work. In this position, I realized the importance of building a great team: there’s nothing more rewarding than leading great people doing great work. I grew our facility from a team of 5 to 22, investing in the personal development of each, to keep our team inspired. This role helped me to hone my time management and organizational skills, and taught me that there is something to learn from everyone you meet.
