In this boutique practice I served as General Counsel handling all legal and compliance matters for a number of companies, including: • Clean Power Finance (provider of SaaS tools and financing for solar installers) • LendZoan (a crowdfunding portal for real estate financing) • Achievest (a real estate financing incubator) • Dear Jane Inc. (a career services firm) • Arqius Ltd. (a start-up developing SaaS business intelligence solutions) I also created online training and compliance resources for LawRoom.com.
Handled all legal, compliance, and governance matters, as well as human resources functions, for this nonprofit lender and grantmaker.
