AI is reshaping how organizations operate—and HR leadership must evolve accordingly. As Chief People and Culture Officer at the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), I partner with executive leadership on workforce transformation, talent strategy, rewards and organizational effectiveness in increasingly complex environments. My focus is on elevating HR from functional excellence to enterprise leadership—strengthening its capacity to shape decisions, build organizational capability and sustain performance in an AI‑enabled world of work. I believe strongly in shared learning and collective progress as the foundation for advancing the HR profession.
