Ensuring all aspects of C1 Paper Machine is properly maintained. Includes all interior and exterior equipment and services. Oversees all maintenance scheduling, make sure quality standards are maintained, and resolve any related challenges. Also includes overseeing preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling that is vital to successful daily operations. Develop and follow prescribed schedules for minor and major maintenance. To prevent performance interruptions due to mechanical failure, which can affect the company’s profits and increase overhead through the need to purchase new equipment if upkeep is not properly and regularly executed. Have developed an excellent working knowledge of each of the services and pieces of equipment in charge. Have to effectively schedule in-house maintenance, as well as that provided by outside vendors. Prioritize maintenance tasks and periodically check the completed work for quality to guarantee guidelines are being precisely followed.
