I have over 30 Years of experience of working in a Financial Institution with a wide variety of skills and experience from same. I have worked in both Retail and Commercial Banking both as a Lender and in an Administrative/Project related capacity. I have overseen numerous large scale projects on behalf of my Division and Group and brought them to a successful conclusion. Current responsibilities include; Heading up the Central Credit Register (CCR) Data Quality Teams for AIB Group which have responsibility for; • Central Credit Register (CCR) support helpdesk • CCR verification activity. • CCR & ICB SARs (Subject Access Request) completions • CCR quality control, record amendments and error resolution.
Responsible for leading a team of highly skilled staff to ensure the Data submitted to the Central Credit Register (CCR) on behalf of the whole of AIB group is accurate, complete and up to date. Facing off to the newly formed Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) Data Quality team in a proactive and supportive manner. Deputy SPOC (Specific Person Of Contact) for the CBI for CCR related items.
Team Lead responsible for the Customer Credit History Operations team for the AIB Group. A sample of specific areas of responsibility for the team include PPSN verification for lending applications, CCR queries mailbox, fulfilling CCR specific SARs (Subject Access Request) submissions.

I am responsible for leading the team with oversight of all Information Security & Cyber Management, Data Management/Quality and Reputational Risk related matters for the Commercial Banking Division, Ulster Bank Ireland DAC.

I have sole responsibility for the Credit Appeals process under SME Regulations for the whole of Ulster Bank Ireland DAC. This includes liaising with Appellants or their appointed representatives, documenting the process, ensuring Regulations are abided by and that an Appeal hearing is conducted in a professional and neutral manner.
