Cool Brian is a food and beverage concept that aims to great value at an affordable price. The concept began in 2016. As a family-owned business, I am accountable for designing and executing our operational procedures, product development, marketing and customer relations.
Sygnity Trade Corporation holds numerous Mister Donut franchises in Northern Luzon (15 as of July 2021). As a family-owned business, I am accountable to design and execute a robust financial and operational framework to facilitate decision making. Completed were standard chart of accounts, financial and operational reports and conducting review sessions. Key priorities now include: developing strategic partnerships with delivery and food aggregators along with building social media presence by working with Facebook Marketing.
Within the Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS) Manila - Strategy & Execution and Re-engineering Team, I report directly to the Manila Centre Head and Global FRSS S&E&R Head to design and execute strategic initiatives; measuring success through outcomes and KPI’s. The role and team scope involves financials and headcount, productivity governance, talent and culture, PMO and migrations, and re-engineering.
Within the Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS) Manila - Balance Sheet Control & Intercompany Matching team, I am responsible for teams that monitor and resolve Intercompany Breakage identified as part of monthend reporting. Covering 3 regions, we have oversight for Derivative and Non-Derivative products. The Intercompany Matching Team works directly with business unit owners, Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Corporate Reporting.
Within the Finance & Risk Shared Services Manila - System Operations team, I am responsible for teams that maintain global and regional data standards via Citi systems. Covering various businesses and geographies, these include the Finance's main data standards system, the Corporate Bank's main reporting engine and the Asia Consumer Bank's reporting engine (among others). Working closely with stakeholders, the team was able to service Citi's various Financial and Management Reporting needs. This includes implementing global initiatives along with ensuring Data Quality.

Performed analytics and feasibility on new projects for the Commercial Centers Group (CCG). This includes market research, market and financial projections.
