About

I build events that bring people together around what matters. Over the past 8+ years at T-Mobile, I’ve led large-scale programs ranging from executive development initiatives to $12M incentive events. Whether the audience is 25 senior leaders or 1,000 top performers, my goal is the same: create experiences that connect people to strategy, to each other, and to a shared sense of growth. I enjoy turning big, sometimes abstract business goals into clear, structured event plans. That means aligning stakeholders early, managing budgets responsibly, building strong vendor partnerships, and making sure execution feels seamless for participants. Some highlights: • Improved a flagship leadership event NPS from ~50 to 80 while growing attendance 60% • Led a $12M annual incentive event portfolio across multiple destinations • Scaled an enterprise AI initiative to 4,000+ leaders with 97 NPS • Managed complex, multi-market programs with full ownership from concept through post-event analysis I’m at my best in environments where events are more than logistics. Where they’re used intentionally to strengthen culture, reinforce performance, and help people do their best work. Based in Amsterdam and always open to thoughtful conversations about building high-impact event portfolios.
