About

The built environment is at an inflection point. AI-driven controls, predictive analytics, and intelligent building systems are transforming how facilities operate — but most organizations still manage their infrastructure the way they did in 2005. That gap is exactly where I work. I operate at the intersection of energy management strategy, building automation technology, and data-driven operations — helping ISDs, municipalities, and commercial property owners move from reactive maintenance to measurable, intelligent performance. As a Certified Energy Manager with 15+ years spanning the full project lifecycle, my background includes leading $1M–$40M energy performance contracts at Honeywell, developing new market applications for AI-enabled smart motor and IoT systems at Turntide Technologies, and driving strategic building optimization programs at McKinstry across the Texas market. I've worked on every side of the table: project delivery, product development, sales engineering, and regional market leadership. My focus is on clients and organizations in the $2M–$18M project range — complex enough to require genuine expertise, fast enough to build momentum, and repeatable enough to create long-term relationships. If you're building out the next generation of intelligent buildings, scaling an energy services platform, or looking for a leader who bridges technical depth with commercial strategy — let's talk. Core expertise: Energy performance contracting · Building automation & controls · AI-enabled HVAC optimization · Commissioning & retro-commissioning · Decarbonization strategy · K-12 ISDs & Texas public-sector procurement · Commercial real estate energy performance
