Profile I am a high energy, pragmatic, international business leader with a passion for manufacturing processes. For Avery Dennison, I have been a controller in an Italian plant, in France I was a business development manager, developing new products and services and building partnerships with suppliers, parallel suppliers and customers. In my role as a Commercial Director in the Netherlands, I managed a folding box board mill, a mill which the team and I were able to make highly profitable again in a relatively short period of time, after many years of reported losses. In 2012 I joined Ahlstrom based in France, acting in various business unit leader positions. Since November 2023 I joined Reno de Medici, heading up its Eska Solid Board cluster with 2 plants in the Netherlands, 1 plant in Italy and 2 finishing centers (US and Spain). Besides my focus on business development, building strategic partnerships with our customers and drive bottom line results, I spend as much time as I can on the shop floor listening, understand and discussing safety, the daily challenges and operational efficiency.
